Joey Logano Wrecks Out Of Daytona 500 But Leads Most Laps
10 months agoJoey Logano's No. 22 Ford was one of the best cars in the field for Monday night's season-opening Daytona 500, but his finish won't show that. Logano was caught up in a massive wreck while running near the front. Due to the damage sustained in the wreck, he was unable to complete the race and was relegated to a 32nd-place finish. Logano led a race-high 46 laps in the event. After being released from the infield care center, Logano remarked, "It's speedway racing. It's a lot of fun until it sucks, and I'm on this end of it today."
