New York Mets shortstop prospect Jett Williams went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in his second game since being promoted to Triple-A. Williams earned a promotion to Triple-A Syracuse after hitting .281/.390/.477 with 10 homers and 32 stolen bases in 421 plate appearances at Double-A. He showed a patient approach with a 14.7% walk rate, which allowed him to maximize his speed on the basepaths. The speedy shortstop is one of the smaller players in baseball at 5'7", 175 pounds, but popped 13 homers across multiple levels in 2023 and has double-digits this season. The power upside may not be super high, and there are some concerns with the hit tool, but he has plenty of speed.--Kyle McCarthy
