Buffalo Sabres left wing Jeff Skinner produced a great performance in his return from suspension, recording two goals and an assist in a 5-2 win over Arizona. He scored the team's first two goals and bagged an assist when Kyle Okposo, who returned from a lower-body injury, scored with the net empty late in the game. The suspension forced Skinner to miss three games during a hot stretch, but it appears that it didn't have any effect on his form. Skinner has played some superb stuff this month, racking up 12 points in five December appearances. Dating back to November, Skinner has collected points in each of his last seven outings, and he's now become the 12th player this season to post at least 15 goals and 20 assists.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
