Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Jeff Petry will miss Monday's meeting with Dallas because of an upper-body injury. Various reports suggest that the injury is related to his left arm. Petry, who has recorded 12 points in 28 games this season, will sit out his first match of the campaign. With Kris Letang recently missing time because of a stroke, the Penguins blue line seems incapable of being healthy. The team did well to cover for Letang but making up for Petry is yet another challenge. The veteran averages over 22 minutes per game, and in addition to his offensive play, Petry has also made an enormous impact defensively with 89 hits and 54 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
