7 months agoDenver Broncos tight end Jeff Heuerman had his best game of the season last week against the Kansas City Chiefs -- picking up 57 yards on four receptions -- and is in line to be the Broncos primary TE moving forward with Jake Butt out for the season. A repeat of last week's production is not likely this week. For one, the 57 yards mark the most receiving yards he's had in a game over the course of his three-year NFL career. Secondly, the Chiefs have been one of the worst teams against TEs this season. Third, the Jets have allowed the second-fewest yards per game to opposing TEs (prior to Thursday Night Football) at 32.5. I could continue, but suffice it to say, Heuerman is best left on the waiver wire this week.--Leonard Francis II - RotoBaller
