The Chicago Blackhawks are hurting in net with Corey Crawford being out of commission since Dec. 23. Jean-Francois Berube stopped 33 out of 34 shots in the Blackhawks 2-1 overtime win over the Colorado Avalanche on Tuesday. Berube has a small sample size, but his numbers (.907 save percentage and 3.11 goals-against average) are not a huge improvement over Anton Forsberg or Jeff Glass, who have been manning the crease in Crawford's absence. The Hawks are playing a slumping Carolina Hurricanes team, who are 2-6-2 in their last 10 games, and Berube might be worth a spot start.--aayushdas
