Jaylen Warren Has Five Receptions In Week 16 Victory
12 months agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren turned eight carries into 24 yards and secured five of his targets for 30 yards in a 34-11 win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals. Warren was outshined by teammate Najee Harris on the ground, but once again was given every receiving opportunity out of the backfield. He also impacted the game in other areas, specifically when he delivered a huge block to clear the way for a rushing touchdown by Calvin Austin III in the second quarter. It remains to be seen if Kenny Pickett (ankle) will return in Week 17, but the Steelers' offense was effective with Mason Rudolph under center. If Rudolph draws another start against the Seattle Seahawks, Warren should be considered a solid flex option in PPR formats.
