5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Jay Bruce (oblique) has been activated from the 10-day injured list on Thursday. Bruce missed three weeks due to a strained oblique. He's back in the lineup, batting fifth and playing left field versus lefty Madison Bumgarner. Outfielder Adam Haseley has been optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
