4 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Javon Wims was ejected in the third quarter of the Bears 26-23 overtime loss to the Saints in Week 8. Wims caught one pass for nine yards and a first down in the first half but lost his cool in the third quarter. Replays appeared to show, without provocation, Wims walking right up to a Saints defender and swinging at him several times before a group scuffle occurred. Wims was immediately disqualified and the 15-yard penalty stalled a promising Bears drive. Wims is not a fantasy factor but surely is looking at a suspension and perhaps further team discipline. Dynasty leagues could throw a dart at second-year receiver Riley Ridley if he were to take the place of Wims on the roster.--Joey C - RotoBaller
