3 years agoThe New York Yankees promoted outfielder Jasson Dominguez to Low-A Tampa on Tuesday. Dominguez, baseball's No. 24 overall prospect despite being just 18 years old, will be promoted after going 4-for-20 (.200) with an RBI and two stolen bases in seven games in the Florida Complex League. He also went 0-for-3 with a lineout and two strikeouts in the Futures Game on Sunday. The young switch-hitter has the potential for well above-average tools across the board and has excellent instincts to boot. Dominguez has a smooth and powerful swing from both sides of the plate and should hit for power and average whenever he makes it to the Bronx. There's easy 30-30 potential here, so Dominguez is already one to consider stashing in dynasty/keeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
