Boston Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran is back from his two-game suspension and is starting in left field and batting in his customary leadoff spot on Wednesday against the visiting Texas Rangers and right-hander Dane Dunning at Fenway Park. Fantasy managers will want to get Duran back into all starting lineups. He's faced Dunning six times in his career and is hitting .333 off him with a 1.166 OPS. The 27-year-old left-handed hitter has been one of the more productive leadoff hitters in baseball in 2024 and also won the All-Star game MVP award. He'll return to a .291/.350/.503 slash line with an .853 OPS, 14 home runs, 58 RBI, 29 stolen bases and 80 runs scored in 491 at-bats.
