Jamison Crowder Opens Camp On NFI List
1 year agoThe New York Giants placed wide receiver Jamison Crowder (calf) on the Non-Football Injury list on Tuesday. Crowder can be activated at any time during camp this summer. The 30-year-old broke his ankle in Week 4 last year with the Buffalo Bills and missed the rest of the season, and he apparently injured his calf away from the team this offseason. He's well off the fantasy radar heading into the start of the regular season and will be competing for a roster spot once he's back on the field in what is now a very crowded Giants receiving room. At the slot position, Crowder will be competing with Parris Campbell, Wan'Dale Robinson (knee), Sterling Shepard (knee) and Cole Beasley. Crowder hasn't played in a full season since 2019 with the New York Jets.
