11 months agoHouston Rockets small forward James Ennis had a modest line in his club's win over the Chicago Bulls. He scored 10 points, on 4-fo-7 shooting and added three rebounds, one steal, and one block in 24 minutes. While he had a decent game on Saturday, it has been an overall disappointing season for Ennis. With Trevor Ariza’s departure, there was a huge opening for minutes, but Ennis has proven to be a virtual non-factor for the Rockets. As of now, he’s nothing more than streamer for steals and three-pointers. Although, it should be noted that Ennis has at least been trending upwards. The last 10 games averaging 10.5 points-per-game on 56.5 percent from the field. He’ll look to take his relatively hot shooting with him into Monday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.--Daniel Brodie
