3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner (heel) was listed as a DNP on the team's estimated Tuesday practice report. Conner was questionable for Week 15 with an ankle injury, but he ultimately suited up and had 10 touches for 70 scrimmage yards and no touchdown in the first game sharing the backfield again with Chase Edmonds. Conner and the Cardinals failed to take advantage of an excellent matchup in the loss to the Detroit Lions, but Conner's fantasy ceiling has been lowered into RB2 territory with Edmonds now stealing touches from him. Fantasy managers will need to monitor Conner's practice status the rest of the week. If he's in danger of missing Saturday's game against the Indianapolis Colts, Edmonds would obviously become much more attractive and would be a must-start.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
