Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive back Jamel Dean (ankle) was a full participant during Thursday's practice session. This is positive news after Dean was limited during Wednesday's practice. He has missed each of the last three games due to an ankle injury. Hopefully, Dean will be available for Sunday's matchup against the Green Bay Packers.
