Jalen Hurts Scores Twice In Win Over Giants
12 months agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 24 of 38 passes for 301 yards, one touchdown, and one interception while adding 34 yards on eight carries and an additional score during the team's 33-25 win over the New York Giants. The 25-year-old threw for over 300 yards for the first time since Week 8 and had a solid performance overall. Things got a bit rocky in the third quarter when Hurts started to hyper-target star receiver A.J. Brown, who had seen just one catch in the first half. The Eagles' signal caller then threw an interception on a pass to Dallas Goedert, who fell down on his route and left the defender open for an easy pick-six. Outside of this play, Hurts had a solid bounce-back performance after a rough two-game stretch. With the Arizona Cardinals on deck, Hurts will remain a top-three option heading into fantasy football championships next week.
