3 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Jakeem Grant Sr. (illness) was unable to practice on Thursday with a non-COVID-19-related illness. There's a non-COVID bug going around the Bears locker room this week, but Grant should be OK to play on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings if he can get back on the practice field on either Friday or Saturday. The 29-year-old shifty wideout had a 46-yard touchdown catch on Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers and returned three punts for 131 yards and another score in Week 14. Grant has been much more involved in the offense in the last three weeks, catching eight of 14 targets for 133 yards and two touchdowns, but despite the hot streak, he'll remain a boom/bust WR4/5 in deeper leagues in this low-volume passing attack.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
