6 months agoSt. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen earned his 13th win of the season in a 4-1 victory against the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday night. The 28-year-old allowed just one goal on 31 shots in the contest, including all six high-danger opportunities against. After a horrendous start to the 2018-2019 campaign, Allen has began to settle down - allowing one goal or less (while picking up a win) in three of his past four starts. While his season stat line still needs to improve (3.01 goals-against average, .903 save percentage), the New Brunswick native deserves consideration for an add in the 28% of Yahoo! leagues that he's still available in. He'll likely draw back in the net against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
