The Athletic's Dianna Russini reports that the Jacksonville Jaguars, who own the No. 5 overall pick, and the Las Vegas Raiders (No. 6) have both expressed interest in moving up at the top of the first round if the player they want is available, according to sources. Russini was told that the Jaguars are hoping to keep this year's draft "electric" with first-year head coach Liam Coen and first-year general manager James Gladstone, and they are looking for an offensive player (Travis Hunter?). For the right trade offer, though, the Jaguars remain open to moving down from the No. 5 pick as well. If the Jaguars or Raiders were to swing a trade to move up to somewhere in the No. 2 to 4 pick range, it would most likely be for either Hunter or Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter.
