5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey (back) has been ruled out for Week 5 against the Panthers. It will be Ramsey's second straight game missed. His absence is great news for Panthers receivers D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel. Jacksonville's defense/special teams could still have a solid day against inexperienced quarterback Kyle Allen, but their upside is limited without their top shutdown cornerback.
