New York Mets starting pitcher Jacob DeGrom exited Sunday's start after just one inning. DeGrom struggled through that inning, throwing 45 pitches and walking three, but did not surrender a run. After returning from the DL and laboring that extensively in the first inning, it is likely that the Mets are just playing it safe with their pitcher and did not want to push it. Unless other news breaks about it, DeGrom seems to be fine and in line to make his next scheduled start at home versus Arizona.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
