J.T. Realmuto Goes Deep In Win Over Padres
1 year agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and a strikeout in the team's 5-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Wednesday. With the two-hit performance, Realmuto extended his hitting streak to six games. Over that span, he's gone 9-for-22 (.409) with three long balls. The 32-year-old backstop has enjoyed the month of September so far, going 7-for-18 (.389) with three homers, three RBI, a stolen base and five runs scored in five starts. The three-time All-Star continues to be a must-start in single-catcher fantasy leagues, as he's hitting .257/.320/.472 with 18 home runs, 27 doubles, five triples, 54 RBI, 13 stolen bases and 62 runs scored in 471 trips to the plate and 118 games.
