J.T. Miller Logs First Point Of Series
7 years agoTampa Bay Lightning forward J.T. Miller tallied an assist on Tampa’s lone power-play goal in Game 4, finding the score sheet for the first time in the series. Miller finished Round 2 strong with points in each of the last three games against Boston, but he has not been impactful against Washington. Miller was pointless and had a minus-four rating in the first three games. Head coach Jon Cooper juggled his lines ahead of Game 4, moving Miller down to the third line and moving him from center to the right wing. Miller still saw time on the first power-play unit, but this move down in the lineup is not a promising scenario. The line juggling may stir up some secondary scoring, but we don’t think Game 4 was enough of a sample to start Miller in DFS formats.
