J.K. Dobbins Could Have A Big Year
1 year agoIf Baltimore Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins stays healthy, The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec thinks he could have a really big year. Zrebiec thinks the Ravens will be more willing to give Dobbins a heavier workload in 2023, and he also expects him to be more involved in the passing attack in offensive coordinator Todd Monken's scheme. The 24-year-old was coming off a devastating knee injury last year but remained productive and efficient, averaging 5.7 yards per carry in a limited role (92 carries) in eight games. It's a good sign for Dobbins heading into this season, where he could truly be used as more of a workhorse back for Baltimore's offense. With more pass-catching opportunities expected as well, Dobbins should be seen as a nice RB2 with upside in fantasy drafts.
