4 weeks agoBoston Red Sox designated hitter J.D. Martinez went 3-for-5 with two runs batted in and a run scored in Sunday's 13-7 win over Baltimore. Martinez is having the best month of his season, hitting .391 with a 1.177 OPS, five homers, 12 RBI, five doubles, and 15 runs scored. It's not a career season by any means, but his 28 long balls, 75 RBI, and .310 batting average have made him a solid fantasy asset. Boston is going to have to score a lot of runs to win games the rest of the way, and you can expect Martinez to be one of the main catalysts.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
