The Indianapolis Colts are signing free-agent defensive end Isaac Rochell to a one-year, $2.5 million deal on Friday, according to his agent. Rochell can make as much as $3 million through incentives. The move to bring in the former Los Angeles Charger addresses the position left open with Denico Autry departed in free agency to sign with the Tennessee Titans. The 25-year-old Notre Dame product plays small (280 pounds) for a defensive tackle but is big for a defensive end, but he's capable of playing both inside and out. The seventh-round pick in 2017 has mostly been a rotational player, but he has shown flashes along the way. Rochell had 29 tackles, a career-high five sacks and seven QB hits on a career-high 536 defensive snaps in 2018. In six starts in 2020 over 437 snaps, he finished with 29 tackles and 2.5 sacks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
