Iman Shumpert Dealt To Rockets
Iman Shumpert has been dealt from one Western Conference playoff hopeful to another, acquired by the Houston Rockets on Wednesday. Shumpert, who is averaging a career-high 4.8 three-point attempts per game this season, will likely fit right into his new surroundings. The club surrendered a lottery-protected first-round pick to acquire his services, so he’ll likely be thrust into action early and often, even as the team returns to full health. Despite just needing to simply switch locker rooms Wednesday, his first chance to take the floor for his new team comes Saturday against Oklahoma City.
