Hayden Hurst Ruled Out, Tommy Tremble Doubtful For Week 13
1 year agoCarolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) has been ruled out for another game in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Meanwhile, fellow tight end Tommy Tremble (hip) is doubtful to play on Sunday. Hurst will be missing his third straight game. With both tight ends injured, the Panthers will have to rely on a combination of Ian Thomas and Stephen Sullivan as they look to win only their second game of the season. Thomas has more experience in the NFL, but he's scored only four touchdowns in six NFL seasons and has just three receptions for 45 yards in seven games for the Panthers this year. Sullivan, meanwhile has caught seven of his eight targets for 74 yards and no scores in five games in 2023. Fantasy managers in need of a TE should look elsewhere this weekend.
