Greg Zuerlein 2020 Outlook: Legatron A Top-Five Kicking Target In Big D
5 years agoGreg The Leg had a down year in 2019 in his final season with the Rams, converting on just 72.7 percent of his 33 field-goal tries -- he's converted at an 82 percent clip over his career. However, he did make all of his 42 extra points. LA's inefficient offense was partly to blame, but Zuerlein also went just 5-for-11 from 40-49 yards out. The 32-year-old signed a three-year, $7.5 million deal with the Cowboys as a free agent. Not only will he now be kicking indoors for at least half of his games, but Dallas' stacked offense should provide him with plenty of scoring opportunities. Despite Legatron's disappointing 2019 campaign, he still finished as the No. 9 fantasy booter. We're expecting a bounce-back with his new squad, and all the ingredients are there for him to return to top-five status at his position.
