Greg Dulcich Goes For MRI Exam Monday
1 year agoDenver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (leg) went for an MRI exam on Monday, according to head coach Sean Payton. Dulcich injured his leg early in the Week 1 loss to the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday and never returned. Before departing the contest, he caught both of his targets for 22 yards. The 23-year-old's availability for a Week 2 meeting with the Washington Commanders in Denver will depend on the results of his MRI exam. When healthy, Dulcich is expected to be the team's primary pass-catching tight end. Adam Trautman caught all five of his targets for 34 yards in Dulcich's absence, and he'd have an increased role as a pass-catcher in Denver's offense if Dulcich ends up missing more time.
