The New York Giants selected Central Florida cornerback Aaron Robinson with the No. 71 overall pick in the third round of the 2021 NFL draft on Friday night. Robinson can get it done both on the inside and outside because of his quick feet and good route recognition. If anything, he can be an immediate starter in the slot for the G-Men in his rookie season. While Robinson is great at mirroring receivers, he can also help support the team in run defense. He has the length to thrive in a Cover 3 scheme and can also press receivers at the line of scrimmage at 6-foot-1, 193 pounds. Robinson relies more on physicality than anything else, which could leave him vulnerable against smaller wideouts in the NFL.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
