George Kittle To Make Season Debut Sunday Night
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (groin) was removed from the injury report this week and will make his season debut on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos in Week 3, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. Kittle was limited the first two days of the week before being a full-go on Friday. The last time he faced Denver, Kittle had seven catches for 210 yards and a touchdown in 2018. The 28-year-old will be working with old friend Jimmy Garoppolo, who is now back as the team's starter after Trey Lance suffered a season-ending broken ankle last week. Kittle might need to shake off some rust on Sunday night, but fantasy managers that have him rostered should slide him back into their starting lineups.
