Eli Manning Leads Giants QB Room
5 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will go into the first week of the season as the starting man in a three person quarterback room. The Giants got down to three quarterbacks by surprisingly releasing second-year quarterback Kyle Lauletta, who had seemingly outplayed 31-year-old journeyman Alex Tanney. However, Tanney was kept as the third quarterback to give extra experience behind rookie Daniel Jones. The job is Manning's for now, but expect Jones to take over around mid-season, making him a good stash in two QB leagues.
