The Denver Broncos officially named Ejiro Evero as their new defensive coordinator on Thursday. The Broncos also hired Dwayne Stukes as their special teams coach and Marcus Dixon as the defensive line coach. Evero was the secondary coach/pass-game coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams in 2021 after serving as the team's safeties coach for four seasons. The Rams allowed the second-fewest passing touchdowns and recorded the third-most interceptions last season on the way to a Super Bowl title. LA's defense was even better the year prior, holding teams to 16.8 points per game and 190.7 passing yards per game. Evero was teammates with head coach Nathaniel Hackett at UC-Davis and worked with new senior defensive assistant Dom Capers in Green Bay.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
