1 year agoFlorida Panthers forward Eetu Luostarinen has agreed to a three-year extension with the team, signing a deal that reportedly has a $3 million cap hit. Luostarinen is set to enter the final season of a two-year, $3 million contract, coming off a breakout campaign. The Finnish forward had 17 goals and 43 points in 82 regular-season appearances. He added five points in 16 playoff games before getting knocked out of the lineup with a broken tibia. Luostarinen has proven himself as an effective player who can be used throughout the lineup, and the Panthers will be pleased to have managed to lock him up through the 2026-27 campaign.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
