Eduardo Escobar Lifts Three-Run Homer
7 years agoMinnesota Twins shortstop Eduardo Escobar helped cap a four-run rally in his team's 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox in the first game of their doubleheader on Tuesday. Escobar launched a three-run homer in the eighth inning, which capped off a four-run frame in his team's come-from-behind victory. Escobar wound up going 5-for-8 with five RBI across both games of the doubleheader, which his team split with the Chicago White Sox. On the season, the veteran is batting .280 with an .875 OPS, 11 homers, 30 runs and 36 RBI in what is shaping up as a special season for him. He has established himself as a locked in starting shortstop in fantasy.
