Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dylan Samberg (foot) has been placed on Injured Reserve. He broke his foot in Saturday's 4-1 loss to Nashville and has been ruled out indefinitely. Samberg has chipped in with three goals and three assists in 21 games this season while recording 30 blocks and 24 hits. Ville Heinola (ankle), who has been recalled from a conditioning assignment in the minors, will replace Samberg on the roster. Heinola has been recovering from an ankle infection and hasn't yet played in the NHL this season. He registered one assist in two AHL games during his time with the Manitoba Moose.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
