Dricus Du Plessis (22-2) is set to defend his middleweight title in the main event of UFC 312 against Sean Strickland. Du Plessis and Strickland fought at UFC 297 in January of 2024 and it was the South African who won a split decision to become the new champ. Entering this fight, the champ is a sizeable favorite as DraftKings has him at a salary of $8,600. In the UFC, Du Plessis is 8-0 with six wins by stoppage and has defended his belt once. Should he win, he will face Khamzat Chimaev next.--Cole Shelton
