Dontayvion Wicks Limited Again Thursday
1 year agoGreen Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks (knee) put in his second straight limited practice session on Thursday. Wicks suffered a concussion and a knee injury in the Week 11 win over the Los Angeles Chargers and thus was unable to play on a short week on Thanksgiving last Thursday in the win over the Detroit Lions. The concussion is no longer an issue, so now he's trying to get past his shoulder ailment to try and play this Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. If the 22-year-old is able to get the green light to play in Week 13, he could have an elevated role on offense with fellow rookie Jayden Reed (chest) questionable to play. Before his injury, Wicks was being more involved with 10 catches for 191 yards on 13 targets in his previous three contests.
