Donald Parham Jr. Flashes During Minicamp
1 year agoLos Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. re-signed on a two-year, $1.4 million contract this offseason and flashed during 7-on-7 drills during the team's two-day minicamp. At the time of his signing, head coach Brandon Staley expressed confidence in the ability of Parham, and the Bolts didn't add a tight end in the draft. He spent significant time sidelined with a hamstring injury in 2022 and finished the year with only 10 catches on 12 targets for a career-low 130 yards and one touchdown in six games (one start). "He moves so well for his height," quarterback Justin Herbert said. "He's been able to make plays over the past couple of years. It's always a bonus for your team when he's out on the field. His catch radius is huge." The 25-year-old probably won't be on the fantasy radar unless Gerald Everett goes down with an injury.
