St. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Dominic Leone was diagnosed with nerve damage in his throwing arm. There is no surgery planned at this point, but Leone will need "lots of rest." There's no timeline for his return to the mound, but all signs point to it being a while until Leone starts throwing again.
