The Miami Dolphins signed Vic Fangio to a three-year deal on Friday to make him their new defensive coordinator, according to sources. Fangio will make more than $4.5 million per season. The 64-year-old was highly coveted as a defensive coordinator this cycle as one of the most well-respected defensive minds in the game, so the Dolphins had to pay up to secure him. Fangio is a grand master at building defenses, and that's what he'll be asked to do after the Miami D underperformed in 2022. His defense should be quite different from what Josh Boyer tried to accomplish, as Fangio's defenses usually focus on limiting explosive plays by playing heavy zone coverage without a ton of blitzing.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
