In his UFC debut on the main card of UFC 104, Diyar Nurgozhay suffered a second-round submission loss to Brendson Ribeiro. Nurgozhay missed weight by 4.5 pounds for Saturday's matchup. The fight was moved from light heavyweight to 210.5lb catchweight. In 6:28 of action, Nurgozhay landed two takedowns and 17 significant strikes. With the loss, Nurgozhay fell to 10-1 as a pro.--Alen Kurbasic
