Diego Lopes returned to the Octagon in a big way at UFC 295 on Saturday. Lopes faced off with Pat Sabatini in a featured featherweight bout on the main card of UFC 295, and it took him less than two minutes to knock Sabatini out. In the final moments of the fight, Lopes successfully defended a takedown attempt and stunned Sabatini with an uppercut. As Sabatini hit the canvas, Lopes continued with a barrage of punches that forced the referee to step in and stop the fight. In 1:30 of action, Lopes landed 13 significant strikes. Lopes took a short-notice fight in his UFC debut and dropped a decision. Since then he has proven that he is here to stay with two finishes in his last three fights. --Alen Kurbasic - RotoBaller
