The San Francisco 49ers officially lifted the suspension of linebacker De'Vondre Campbell on Monday. Campbell refused to re-enter the team's Week 15 loss to the division-rival Los Angeles Rams, which prompted the team to suspend the 31-year-old veteran for the final three games of the regular season. He was with the Niners on a one-year deal in 2024 and will almost certainly be looking to sign elsewhere in free agency this offseason. Before being suspended to close out the year, the former fourth-round selection of the Atlanta Falcons in the 2016 NFL draft out of Minnesota had 79 tackles (44 solo) and two pass breakups in 13 games (12 starts). Campbell spent the first four years of his career in Atlanta before a one-year stop in Arizona. He played for the Packers from 2021-23 and was a first-team All-Pro selection in 2021 when he had a career-high 146 combined tackles.--Keith Hernandez
