1 year agoMiami Dolphins rookie running back De'Von Achane (shoulder) is being considered week-to-week, although he avoided a serious injury after a defensive lineman fell on him during Saturday's preseason game against the Houston Texans, according to head coach Mike McDaniel. It's unlikely that Achane will play in the preseason finale this weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but the 21-year-old third-rounder should have a chance to suit up in Week 1 of the regular season. Achane is an intriguing RB prospect, but it could be difficult for him to carve out a fantasy relevant role in Year 1 behind Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson Jr. The Dolphins also still have Myles Gaskin and Salvon Ahmed in their RB room. Achane is being taken as an RB4/flex in fantasy drafts in Miami's crowded backfield.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
