Derrick Rose Looks Aggressive In Bench Role
6 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves point guard Derrick Rose had another solid game off the bench for his club on Wednesday night. D-Rose scored 16 points on 7-for-16 shooting to go along with five assists, three rebounds, and two three-pointers, in 30 minutes. While the efficiency wasn’t there for Rose on Wednesday, it's nice that he looks aggressive out there and has clearly established himself as the teams leading bench scorer. There’s always the injury risk with Rose but if he stays healthy he can carve out decent value in 12-team and above leagues. Coach Tom Thibodeau has supreme trust in him and he should get minutes as long as his knee’s hold up. Rose will have a chance to continue his surprising start when his team takes on the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night.
