Deon Jackson Misses Another Practice

Indianapolis Colts running back Deon Jackson (knee) missed his second straight day of practice this week on Thursday. Jackson is trending towards missing the Week 10 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders. With Jonathan Taylor (ankle) on track to return this Sunday, Jackson won't have any relevance for fantasy lineups, even if he's active. If Jackson cannot play, newly acquired running back Zack Moss could have a substantial role as the backup to Taylor, but not enough of one to be considered a viable fantasy starter. The Colts will also likely elevate Jordan Wilkins from the practice squad if Jackson cannot play. Jackson is only interesting as an RB3/flex play if Taylor misses any more time due to injury.
