San Francisco 49ers wide receivers Deebo Samuel (hamstring) and Jauan Jennings (hamstring) were both not seen at practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. It's bad news for both receivers, unless they are able to at least get in a limited form of practice on Friday. If neither Samuel nor Jennings are cleared to face the division-rival Los Angeles Rams in Week 8, Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle, Ray-Ray McCloud III and rookie Danny Gray would all have elevated roles in the Niners' passing game this weekend. While Samuel remains a must-start fantasy commodity every time he's on the field, the addition of pass-catching running back Christian McCaffrey could hurt his overall upside the rest of the season.--Keith Hernandez
