8 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies relief pitcher David Robertson (elbow) could throw a bullpen session soon. This could happen as soon as Wednesday. D-Rob has been a huge disappointment to the Phillies and his fantasy owners in 2019, having thrown just 6 2/3 innings before getting injured in his first year with the Phillies. He has a 5.40 ERA and 2.10 WHIP as well. The 34-year-old could factor into the ninth-inning mix when he's ready to return, but Hector Neris has earned a longer leash and more opportunities for the way he's pitched in Robertson's absence in the closer's role. Robertson is one to watch in deeper leagues if you need saves, but he's currently owned in just 29 percent of Yahoo leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
